The acid steam cleaning system is designed to clean utensils made of various materials such as glass, quartz, PFA, PTFE, TFM, and others. It utilizes ultra-pure acid vapor to make contact with the surface of the containers to be cleaned. The ultra-pure acid vapor is injected into the vessel through the conduit, and the distilled acid vapor continues to counterflow in the closed cavity, thoroughly cleaning any metal contaminants on the vessel. The primary advantage is that trace metal contaminants in the acid used for cleaning remain in the spent liquid acid during the cleaning process and do not come into contact with already cleaned containers.
